This is the man that is seen driving the ice cream truck in Virginia after 9 PM. This photo was captured when a adult tried to approach the van to see why he was delivering ice cream at night, and he asked her if she wanted some ice cream, and she said yes, and he put the jacket over his face and ask her if she was recording this is highly indicating that he was hiding his face. This is the man that we are looking for.. he also looks a little like Epstein. Copy paste and share this message.

Okay nonstop videos of these ice creams trucks so LATE at night NOT only in VIRGINIA BUT ALL OVER. Starting posting their license plates, state and town they were seen spotted in as well as the DATE AND TIME. If the police won’t give us answers its up to the people and with everything going on right now it’s actually up to us now.

A weekly average of 98 missing kids! And you can’t pronounce kids missing right away (as far as I know) so these kids have been missing for days at least. In a couple days they could be out of the country.
