Warning: I was performing overhead triceps extensions using a straight bar, I put loads of weight on it, walked a couple of steps forward to ensure tensions on the cable, but after finishing the exercise I stepped back slowly and twisted to the right as I was realising the bar and pulled a muscle in my lower back. I was bed bound for several days and then recovery for over a week after that before I could exercise again. Just be careful.
