Warsaw is not a representation of polish society. Warsaw mostly draws money hungry and wannabe intelectual elites. So arrogance, narcisism and other bad quality are abundant there. (probbably same can be said of every capital city around the world)

I saw two poles causing a ruckus in a Burger King in the Netherlands like 3 hours ago. Also when I go for a jog you can see poles sleeping in the bushes, some of them have cardboard boxes, those are the more refined ones.
