Two of the most common SYMPTOMS of PCOS are hormonal fatigue & weight gain. I put SYMPTOMS in capitals because it is just that.  Fatigue & weight gain are both very common symptoms of PCOS. And let's get something straight, PCOS fatigue & hormonal weight gain are vastly different in those with PCOS compared to others.
