Hope you heal quickly I had my surgery yesterday and I tried that turmeric it’s 1000mg it really helps with inflammation and pain omg!

I've had back to back knee replacement and I would have had two more babies instead, each one was 16 months and 14 months before I didn't have any pain!! 🤨🤔

A torn meniscus is so painful. I had this surgery at 73 after tearing it falling off a bottom stair . I. Had to keep my brace on . Take care it will get better !

I had my right knee surgery last month and it still hurts I feel it very stiff and it’s a bit swollen still and the doctor said it could take from 3 months up to a year to recover sending prayers to you and hope you heal quickly 🙏🏻
