Everyone who says Jax is a bad Charater cannot comprehend what it's to push someone away as a form of protection for yourself. He was scared of getting attached. I think he genuinely didn't want to push Pomni away, but did because he got attached to her. I also don't like FunnyBunny because most of the shippers make Jax an Alpha Male Pomni a Beta. Pomni is such a complex character. The whole reason she started to like Jax (platonicly) is because he treats her like an adult/human, Ragatha treats her like a child so Pomni feel slighty uncomfortable with her. The whole thing of "Oh well they love each other because they held hands, sang together, talked, laughed, opened up" is kinda ridiculous. People are allowed to be friends. Once again, PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO BE FRIENDS. I think a relationship is not what Jax needs right now. He can't even touch pomni. He told Pomni he hated her because she said they were friends.

HEAR ME OUT. So, we know that he lost his tail before Pomni got to the circus, so most likely during the time ribbit absctacted. And in this episode we see him close with Pomni, closer than we've seen him with anyone before, almost like she's filling ribbits spot. (thats why he got so scared when she hugged him.) So if he lost his tail with ribbit, it makes sense we see it back when he's this close with Pomni.
