Pick your own variation of these exercises to have fun putting your own workout together, if not? Then save this post so you can come back to it😇 🔥 Warm-up + hip mobility → loosens tight hips and activates core so the rest of the workout feels smoother 🔥 Squats → work quads, glutes, hamstrings, AND core all in one move 🔥 Chest/push exercise → builds upper body strength and balances out all that lower body work 🔥 Compound move (kettlebell swings for me) → trains glutes, hamstrings, and back while boosting power and heart rate. Deadlifts or cleans are great swaps here too 🔥 Bodyweight moves → push-ups or tricep dips keep things simple, but they still strengthen chest, shoulders, and triceps 🔥 Core finisher (side plank with rotation) → challenges obliques, shoulders, and stability all at once 🔥 Stretch → helps recovery, keeps mobility, and prevents that stiff “day after” feeling.
