Currently paying off our land, then will pour a basement. Buying a double wide to put on the basement and adding a garage. It's a 5 year plan, but we will only have a small mortgage on the home, everything else will be paid off!

Absolutely worth it. My husband and I bought a 1997 mobile home for 10k. We ate slowly remodeling it and making it the way we want it! No rent, no mortgage, and living our best life!!
