been there done that, would recommend to everyone. once you have open the door it's not that windy. it's peaceful when your on your balcony, the sound of the waves is heaven. and no they are not just for the old, they are a different kind of holiday

It’s got nothing to do with the weather. The AC system on board pulls a negative pressure. This is why the stewards tell you to keep the balcony door closed and if you open your cabin door at the same time you get a fair breeze coming through the cabin.
