Directions Preheat oven to 425*f Cut the thawed puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Place on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. With a knife, score around the puff pastry leaving 1/2” boarder. In a bowl microwave cream cheese for 20 seconds. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and whisk until smooth. Add 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture to the inside rectangle of pastry. Spread the mixture evenly. Slice plums into about 1/8” inch slices. Arrange plums on top of cream cheese, overlaying them slightly. Sprinkle a bit more sugar and some flaky sea salt over plums. Mix egg and water for egg wash. Brush the boarder of pastry. Bake in oven for 24-26 minutes.
