To a bowl mix together yogurt, protein powder and sweetener 2. Layer half the yogurt mix in a glass 3. Crush up 2 Biscoff biscuits on top 4. Cover with the rest of the yogurt mix 5. Melt 10g of white chocolate and mix 10g of pistachio spread with it 6. Layer it on top of the mix in the glass 7. Chop 3g of pistachios on garnish around the perimeter of glass 8.
