I typically just start explaining how it’s going to work, the deal…the the manager usually comes over and asks you’ve worked in the industry I’m guessing, then I say yep 20 years as an office manger. We can skip the bs 🤷🏼♀️🤣 worked the last 2 times we’ve bought, and got a straight deal.

I always ask who the number one salesperson is that way you get a great experience when buying. For example when I call Cadillac in Nashville I could work with you 😁

I went to a Kia dealership and she told me that the seatbelt from the third row in the roof was for car seat installation… so wrong and so confidently wrong. She also had no idea how the hybrid engine system worked.

Thanks!!! Literally dealing with this now. Saw a vehicle on the website but does not have a picture of the car went to dealer on Sunday and did not see the vehicle on lot. They reached out to me to say the car was still available and I requested to see updated pics as I was working all day today. Never responded after that.
