I feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced in my 30's than I ever did in my 20's; and I attribute that to healthier habits + incorporating recovery. if you're able to spend money on services like infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and red light therapy I definitely 1000% recommend it. But if that doesn't fit your budget, you can try incorporating some of these things into your weekly routine: • hot baths with epsom salt • steam/sauna therapy • cold showers • cold plunges • early morning/afternoon sunlight • foam rolling + massage guns • deep breathing + meditation • prioritize hydration + sleep optimization if you're in LA county or the lE you need to check out @auroraclaremont - there's options to purchase their primary services like sauna or cryo-, or you can sign up for a membership, which allows you to do multiple services throughout the month.
