@ladydiorparis: #readinglist #booktecommendations #feedyourbrain Reading is like exercise for the brain — it keeps the mind active, sharp, and growing. Here’s why it’s so important to read to feed your brain: 1. Stimulates the mind 🧠 – Just like muscles need workouts, the brain needs challenges. Reading strengthens connections in the brain and builds new ones. 2. Expands knowledge 📚 – Every book, article, or story gives you new ideas, perspectives, and information that help you grow intellectually. 3. Improves focus and concentration 🎯 – In a world full of distractions, reading trains your brain to stay present and engaged. 4. Boosts memory 🗂️ – Following a storyline or argument exercises your memory, as you recall characters, details, or concepts. 5. Enhances vocabulary and communication 🗣️ – Reading exposes you to new words, expressions, and styles, making you a better speaker and writer. 6. Reduces stress 🌿 – Immersing yourself in a book relaxes the mind, lowering stress and boosting mental well-being. 7. Encourages creativity and imagination ✨ – Stories spark new ways of thinking and open your mind to possibilities. In short, reading is “brain food.” Just as a healthy diet nourishes the body, reading nourishes the mind and keeps it strong.. YOLLY

I never recommend books or want to be that annoying guy, but I just finished reading ‘how to win life and master the art of living’ by J.D. Mercer and it’s literally amazing, for me it changed me so much. So if anyone is interessted in reading and self improvement, start there! It’s online

I was thinking… what if we create a group just for active users? Each member can share one post a day in the group, and everyone has to engage with it. Imagine 200 members—once you post, within 5–10 minutes you’re already sitting on 200 likes and 200. I’ve created it already and people are rushing in.. comments! 👀Who’s in?👍🏻

You won’t see me stop raving about this place – and after visiting, you’ll know why 🫶🏼 We spent the morning at Little Farm Plays in Pakenham, a working farm that opened last year plus they just launched their brand new Nature-Based Playgroups! 🌿 The nature play program is for ages 2–5, runs Wed–Fri at 10am or 12pm, and goes for 90 minutes. Activities include feeding sheep and chickens, brushing miniature ponies, collecting fresh eggs, getting creative in the mud kitchen, exploring the veggie garden, and crafting with natural elements. Each session is different – one week they might be making a sheep with real wool, the next it’s painting, planting, or sensory play, focussing on interacting and learning about the animals. 👶🏼 Got a toddler? They’ve just started 12–24 month play sessions too! 60 min of gentle, sensory-led farm fun that’s perfect for introducing little ones to animals and nature. 🐴 They also offer private farm tours daily for up to 10 people. From feeding cows and calves to walking the ponies and collecting eggs, it’s a slower, more personal way to soak up farm life (plus perfect to avoid crowds and chaos) But nothing can beat the warmth and care from the loveliest owner Susan. She makes every child feel welcome, safe, and included. We can’t wait to come back, and I’m already thinking about running a giveaway soon. Should we do it? 👀 drop a comment if you’re keen! 📍 Little Farm Plays, Pakenham VIC 🎟️ Prices: Nature Play – $35 per child | $30 sibling Farm Experience Tour – $115 for up to 2 adults + 2 kids (babies under 12mo free) Equine Assisted Learning – $120/hr Grandparent’s Time – $150/hr for 2 adults + 2 kids (extra kids $30) Pony Plays – $90/hr Cow Connections – $100/hr Prices excl GST ✨ NDIS registered 🫶🏼 kindly invited #melbournewithkids #thingstodoinmelbourne #farmlife #natureplay #melbourneparents
