Perform 50 reps each: 1. Arms up and down Activates lymphatic circulation through the upper body. Creates a fascial wave through the spine, restoring fluidity and movement. 2. Chest opener Unwinds tight fascia around the lungs and heart. Expands breath capacity, improves circulation, and increases oxygen delivery for true fat metabolism. 3. Good mornings Hydrates and lengthens the fascia of the hamstrings and lower back. Switches on the posterior chain, which raises metabolism and stabilizes posture. 4. Trunk twists Wring out the fascia around the organs and digestive system. Clears stagnation, stimulates lymph flow, and supports fat release and detoxification. When fascia is free and lymph is moving, inflammation drops, water retention clears, and metabolism accelerates. Fat burning becomes effortless because the system is no longer blocked.
