They said the twins will be arguing on who's the avatar. I think they will do smt different. They will give them both the abilities to bend all 4 elements. I know it's super unrealistic but we've seen them do things that we thought were unrealistic too

with the dark avatar thing Unalaq and Vaatu permanently fused during Harmonic Convergence like Raava and Wan did. so when Unalaq reincarnates whoever that is would be the dark avatar and even though Korra defeated Vaatu, he can never be destroyed, he just reconstitutes inside Raava. so if Unalaq is permanently fused with Vaatu and Vaatu is inside Raava who's permanently fused with Korra, then Unalaq can't reincarnate until Korra dies so they'll both reincarnate and be born at the same time. as twins

the only way I see them doing the 2 avatars thing is if they write in vatuu as coming back. in which case it would be evil vs good avatar but I dont think that will be the case here

I hate the 2 avatar theory. Korra vanquished unatvaatu when he was in his "avatar state" so no way vaatu could have reincarnated into Pavis twin

The idea of them both being avatars is stupid because if raava somehow could split herself to inhabit both of them, at some point the 2 avatars would die separately and each be reincarnated. Which means from that point on we would just have 2 avatars, which is stupid. And if they were both the avatar but only controlled 2 elements each thats even stupider because at that point let’s just make them quadruplets and they can each control 1 element…how riveting 🙄

obviously there’s not gonna be 2 avatars but i definitely do think that nisha may hold another strong power she can use with her twin pavi as it says “two young sisters are gifted with fantastical abilities” or im overthinking, not like another bending element for nisha but i definitely feel like some spiritual power being a twin with the avatar

I dont think we can say a strong no to light and dark avatar. just lookup pavi and nisha meaning in Sanskrit. pavi means pure and nisha means night and I don't think that's a coincidence

Given the Roku book that’s 100% no lol it would be interesting to see Pavi deal with a fake avatar cuz they’re not necessarily evil it’s just chaos. Unalaq wasn’t necessarily evil if you look at it objectively

If the twin is the Dark Avatar it would imo be that there is a sliver of Vaatu in Raava (like the part of Raava that Jinora pulled from Vaatu). That part of Vaatu passed to the twin from Pavi during the pregnancy

The avatar being twins would also ruin the exclusivity because if there's two does that create another cycle? and if so what's stopping another set of avatar twins being born in said cycles? eventually given enough time there could be like a hundred avatars and that's not really smart

Furthermore ok the Dark Avatar thing, wouldn't that imply that when Unavatuu was defeated, then a child born at that time would have inherited Vatuu's spirit and grown up while Korra was still trying to restore balance and connection between human and spirit world. Eventually they would have been caught or discovered by Korra and the White Lotus. I feel like if the dark avatar was a major thing for them to pick up, they probably would have revived Korra and have the team be adults, where the dark avatar is a problem.

for the people mad about her handicapped saying its gonna make her weaker do u realize having a disability in the avatar world is a ability. toph is insane cause of her blindness and ming hua is insane cause she has no arms having a disability is NOT bad
