@kliffbody: If you’ve been training and still feel like you’re not getting bigger, you might be making these mistakes 👇 1️⃣ Not eating enough food. Skinny guys often think they eat a lot, but when you track it, it’s not enough to grow. You need to eat more calories than your body burns. 2️⃣ Not eating enough protein. Muscle is built from protein. Aim for at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh, every day. 3️⃣ Too much cardio. Cardio burns extra calories you already need for muscle growth. Keep it light or cut it for now. 4️⃣ No progressive overload. You need to lift heavier or do more reps every week. If your lifts don’t improve, your muscles won’t either. 5️⃣ Changing workouts too often. Stick to one solid program for at least 12 weeks. Random training give random results.
