I mean frankly male loneliness isn’t a concept you can actually comprehend until you’ve lived it. Violent men will be violent, but being told you’re not worth approaching and if you approach me it’s annoying, is really damaging to someone’s pride. I’ve been at the gym 5 days a week for 7 years. Went to college, got my own place, my own car, I have a great job, and still get looked at like I’m a nuisance for sitting down next so a girl by herself at a bar.

In a society where men are taught Anger is one of the Only acceptable emotions and many boys have no real role models for learning how to regulate their emotions and behavior and actually be Men, it's inevitable. You are correct but violence is Very ingrained into our cultural fabric, from music to movies to games, it is almost always aggressive and violent. Plus a lot of people push being violent as having strength and true Masculinity, but in a world that attacks kindness and compassion as weakness, true strength lays in remaining kind and compassionate, despite the push to be otherwise. Taking Kindness as weakness can often result in very unpleasant experiences.
