Have her sign her a letter, it can be handwritten that you have guardianship over the child. Go get it notarized and you’ll be able to do doctor appointments and school etc. Do not involve the law or cps

My friend can’t have any on her own. One day an addict asked her if she wanted a baby she could go get her at the hospital. Emma is 7 nd the lady came back and gave her, her newborn son too.
