Watch how I completely changed from February to May 2025✅ — my strength, my nutrition, and my mindset and as a result also changed my body composition. 🙊 The scale BARELY MOVED but my body comp is completely different. ⭐️ I’m not nearly close to where I want to be but I think it’s so important to share the journey because the journey is where you succeed.  WHAT I CHANGED 👀 — cut out processed protein (protein bars, drinks, powder) and a whole foods diet with a focus on high protein (120-130g a day) and high fiber. 🥗 LESS LIFT DAYS: went from lifting 5x a week —> 2-3 lifts a week, 2 days of pilates/barre, and 1 cardio day + 7-10k steps a day. 🏋🏻‍♀️ EATING MORE: I am eating way more than I ever have. I eat so. much. food. I never go to bed hungry and I stick to my macros. I went from eating 1200 calories to eating 1500-1600+ calories a day.  PROGRESS TAKES TIME.  2 pounds lost in 3 months sounds SO SMALL but I am seeing progress, and you can see it too. I think it’s so important to share this because I hear people talking about losing 10 pounds a month and I think that’s absolutely insane and unhealthy. I’m open to hearing how that can be ok but for now, I’ll stick to this opinion. In a world bombarded by fast progress, I hope that this video encourages you especially if you are in a slow-burn journey in any area of your life.  At the end of the day, CONSISTENCY + DISCIPLINE is all that matters. You WILL accomplish whatever you want if you prioritize this. You got this 👊🏼 Share this with someone who needs to hear it 😉
