I use Unnie as well and as a foreigner, whenever i see a fair price on there and want to book, they always say "That's the price for korean residents not for foreigners." It is a bit difficult to actually find clinics that match the prices with those on the app.

When I lived there I always used my Korean number and only made reservations via the Korean website of the clinics on kakao it’s quite shocking how the price differ for foreigners

You should also look up the laws pertaining to any problems from your surgery in Korea. As a foreigner it is very important to know the law before doing any medical treatment in a foreign country. US laws much different.
