Taking a bond basically fixes your repayments and counters inflation increases vs renting over the term, e.g 20 years, Im now retired, I have no bond to pay, thus i live for almost nothing when compared to those who must rent after retirement.

bond is a saving account. in my case gives access to cash, to re-invest. Value rarely goes down in 20 years. You should not be buying at max affordability, buy for 60% affordability and use rest to pay extra every month, reducing intrest and term.

Thank you for your advise we Inreally appreciate it 🙏 I just wanted to know my mom have passed so now my father so called sold the house to a close friend but without going through the masters and informing me and my sisters can we still save this house as the house is still in my mother and dad's name my mom was never reported as deceased at the masters office and can the property being sold as I'm sitting with the papers of the house
