@themodernmaeve: The paint color that added the most impact for our exterior siding? Caviar by SW 6990 When picking out paint samples I knew I wanted something dark and moody to really make a statement and complement all the natural greenery surrounding the house. We paint sampled 4 of @sherwinwilliams most popular colors: Iron Ore, Black Magic, Caviar, and Tricorn Black I was actually torn between Caviar and Black Magic. They’re both very similar, but with slightly different undertones: Caviar sits just between Tricorn Black and Black Magic on the colors collection with an LRV-3 (Light reflecting value) rating. With Tricorn being the truest, darkest black. Caviar offers subtle undertones of purple and brown, adding warmth and a slightly softer approach rather than a stark, cool black.
