How different is the Stelos from the G7? I’ve never really looked into it bc I know it’s geared more towards t2, and I’m t1. I know it’s the same size bc my Dex patches always say they fit the g7 and stelos.

Even if I was offered, I would not use them. I am on a glp1, but I also have B.E.D. and OCD. One of my obsessions is counting calories and protein. Any data collecting sets me off.

Do any of these programs work for people who are finished with their actual weight loss journey and are now in maintenance? I’m in maintenance and I’ve noticed that most programs phase out for people which really stinks. I worked hard and keeping track of my daily goals is still just as important today as it was on the first day I started.
