Egg Fried Rice Recipe: • Cooked cold rice • Garlic cloves, smashed • Carrot, diced • White onion, diced • Green onions, chopped (save some for garnish) • Eggs, beaten • Soy sauce • Sesame oil • Oil (for cooking) Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add carrots, white onion, green onions, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. 2. Push the veggies to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Let them cook, then mix everything together. 3. Add the cold rice, mix well, then pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir until everything is combined. 4. Top with more green onions!
