@powerhousegymadelaide: It’s been almost a month since Ive trained legs, my sciatica has been so bad. It’s been so bad that I’ve been walking weird and in excruciating pain after 5mins. As much as I hate being touched by strangers, my powerhouse members Tristan & Weiting highly recommended me to see Casey at @anvil_elite_performance (Tynte St) & he’s really good! And a funny bugger too! He got the job done, and Im back to being able start getting a leg sess in! We don’t recommend local businesses enough- so here’s us sharing some local love - Casey is not only a great physio, knows his shit, puts into action what he talks about, (he’s in great shape!) and an all round top bloke too. - And loves motor bikes too.. what more do you want! � As soo as work was over today, it was straight out of the office for us & straight down to the leg room!
