I fell into a huge pothole and broke my ankle and because the city fixed the pot hole my right to sue them was taken away which is so unfair

The sidewalk does not belong to the landowner that is city property. That is a responsibility and their lawsuit

My sidewalk front of my house has been lifted due to tree roots and I complained since 2017 they send out people who review and say it’s a rating of 92 out of 100 and never come back

my wife tripped at the zoo on sidewalk. i took pictures of the curb with a tape measure and a four foot level the next day. Day later they ground the curb. We won in a settlement.
