Girl it’s about form. Don’t worry about small steps in weight you can lift. Do it safe and get to your goal healthy because you did it right! You’re rocking it. At my peak fitness the weight was not anything to behold but my form was on point and I worked to high rep failure and I got everything I wanted, strength I didn’t have before, muscle tone my friends complimented, and my health. Keep pushing you never know who you’re inspiring!
