a loading zone implies you are actively loading something in your vehicle, its not 30 minute parking. you also knew exactly what time the zone expired. Philly doesn't recognize self importance as a reason to park illegally.

Parking in Loading Zone is contributing to the problem of why we have the Yazi meter staff. I just paid $40 to park at Penn on Walnut- you probably got off cheap. 🙄
