I wouldn’t say that Isabella won. He ruled in her favor regarding the third-party subpoena delivery, but he did not rule in her favor for the sanctions which to me was the biggest part. Of course she can try again down the road, but you made it seem like she had a major win and that is just not true.

I have so many thoughts. My guess is they won’t subpoena IF again. They dragged her name into this and got people to harass her and try to intimidate her. Sadly, they accomplished what they set out to do.

This means absolutely nothing. If somebody accused me of heinous acts that I didn’t commit and got me fired from my job and blacklisted from the industry, I would do ANYTHING to get the REAL story out there. This doesn’t prove Baldoni’s guilt. It proves he was trying to get the truth out.
