They do this on purpose re leaving prescription off so you find it more difficult to switch suppliers and they are absolutely breaching their regulatory responsibilities in doing it. The EhPC are working their way through a flood of complaints about rightangle currently and I’d encourage people to make a complaint about them if they get this kind of service.

Really appalling. At least you’ve got it. Glad it’s not damaged because they don’t refund damaged pens. and you don’t have to apologise or explain yourself why you’d buy another. X
