@feedingjackie: Chicken broth ramen! Come with me as we check out Kinmugi Ramen, at their Amemura branch in Osaka. The shop is really cozy with only 8 bar seats, and when you enter you’ll order from a vending machine — cash only. I went for the top left option, which is their white chicken soup ramen with toppings. When my bowl came out, the presentation looked absolutely gorgeous. The soup was rich, creamy, and had this frothy texture that made it feel so unique. This ramen came with two types of cha siu. First, the chicken cha siu — incredibly tender, juicy, and just packed with flavour. Honestly, it blew me away. Then there was also pork cha siu, fatty, tender, and equally delicious. The noodles were on the firmer side, which I loved, and they soaked up that frothy chicken broth perfectly.
