I honestly think it's better to just go to bed than to wait for it to go out because the frustration waiting for it to go out gets put into the ritual. just be sure that you're grounded before you drift off.

PSA to everyone: snuffing or blowing candles out is an option and the spell will still work if you use these methods. Falling asleep during spellwork is not safe, please practice fire safety. And never leave a candle unwatched. Stay safe please 😅

I got so frustrated with this at one point that my guides were like “pssstttt, you can just use a candle snuffer, it’s fine.” So I don’t blow it out but I will smother the flame with a snuffer if they take too long.

i give the candles the herbs I'm using in the working to make them burn faster - no frustration, keeps my intentions up & feeds the spell 🥰 someone also said to cut the candles in half which is genius

What does it mean when there’s no wax ? I’ve done 2 spells and after there was no wax at all that dripped on the tray ? It just vanished
