@abcnews: Erik Menendez, 54, was denied parole during his first-ever parole hearing on Thursday, 36 years and one day after he and his brother killed their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. The parole hearing for his brother, 57-year-old Lyle Menendez, is happening now. ABC News' Chief National Correspondent Matt Gutman has the latest. #crime #news #abcnews
If Gypsy rose can be free so can the menendez brothers. Make it make sense. This system is so corrupt.

They were under age 24 and it's proven our brains are not formed at that time. So WHY are they not talking about that??

“I watched the biopic series on Netflix, I am outraged that justice isn’t being served” They killed their parents in cold blood, they could of easily reported both parents but chooses not to because of the money and lifestyle. Let’s stop the fake outrage.

IN MY OPINION!!! I don’t think they Shouldve gotten jail time, they should’ve gotten therapy and some help as they went through so much as a young child and then went they got into their teens.

they thought out, planned, and executed two murders. there's a difference if it happened in the moment and you had to kill them to save your self in that exact moment but they did not, they had time to think out and plan a murder and that's whats gonna have the parole board stuck. I do believe they were being abused and I know that can make you do crazy things In response. I do think these men have changed and I think they have enough support and eyes on them in the real world to keep them out of trouble. I dont think It would be a terrible idea to let one out for awhile so they have time to get their life together without the possibility of them feeding off eachother potential bad ideas so then once the second ones out who may struggle a little more already has their brother who's stable waiting for them
