@kyoko.jasper: Join me for this morning stretch that will make you feel 15 years younger 🌞 Sit comfortably. Do 4 neck circles each way, then hold a neck# stretch for 6 breaths per side. Interlace your hands, reach to the ceiling for 3 breaths, switch the interlace, and repeat. Flow into a side stretch for 3–5 breaths each side. Add 4 seated twists each way. Loosen your hips with windshield wipers — 5 sets (10 total). Sink into half pigeon for 6–9 breaths per side. Option: interlace your arms behind you to open your chest. Lift into downward dog for 3–6 breaths. Step into a lunge with twist, straighten the legs, and repeat 4 times per side. Finish in child’s pose.
