If you think someone is overpricing, simply find a different artist to commission. Save up your money if you actually want it so bad, stop making complaints. If I was to work on a rendered drawing for like 7 hours straight and you wanna pay me 10 friggin’ dollars to make something, I am NOT taking it. Artists work hard on drawings and sitting here complaining about ‘overpricing’ when they literally draw for hours at a time just to make something is literally ridiculous. If you worked extra hours at a job that you worked hard with and your boss decided they weren’t going to give you the extra cash, you’d feel pretty offended and angry. You worked hard for it, but suddenly your time and effort doesn’t matter and you just get the low price instead of the price you deserve. I’m not sure if that’s any good of an example. We aren’t pressuring you into buying art from us, it’s your choice to get it or not. It’s also really not that hard to save up your money, budget yourself on what you buy and save a few amounts of money for the commission up until you are able to pay for it. Idk if I worded this correctly.
