There is huge disconnect between the information and statistics he talks about vs actually occurring on a day to day, ground level. It’s why retail business and tourism continue to decline. Ticket sales for concerts and sporting events have declined. Education hasn’t improved despite high budgets and resources. Baltimore taxes are some of the highest in the country. It’s not a race issue. Just failed policy and leadership.
