Full Recipe:👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
2.5 cups almond flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking powder
½ tbsp baking soda
4 tbsp ground flaxseed
Pinch of salt
⅛ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup dark brown sugar
¾ cup stevia
2 cold eggs
2 sticks salted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
👉🏾 Brown your butter (don’t walk away!) and let it cool.
👉🏾 Whisk all dry ingredients together.
👉🏾 Beat sugars + brown butter for 2 mins.
👉🏾 Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
👉🏾 Slowly add dry mix to wet mix.
👉🏾 Stir in dark chocolate chips.
👉🏾 Dough should pull clean from the bowl.
👉🏾 Bake at 350°F for 10 mins. Even better the next day!
