I have NDPH, migraines and cluster headaches too! Im starting Yvepti later this week, but if it doesn't work Dr's plan is to do Emaglity w/ botox since insurance now covers the combo.

30 yrs 19 different medications and the Vyepti is not working for me and the Dr said I'm at the end of the road for migraine meds. I'm so happy they are working for you.

I do emgality, and it helps. the problem is that the shot hurts like hell. I wish anything else would work.

How do you get them every 6 weeks? Mine are every 3 months and after a good year it’s starting to not be as effective anymore
