Cap, I played football with legit twigs who had the smallest legs known to mankind and they was deadlifting 405+ and squatting 405+ I get legs are different but they was tiiiiiny and super strong it was insane those guys where cornerbacks and lowkey was hit stickers too

Seems like everyone forgets about the nervous system, you wouldn’t guess Anatoly can do what he does, he is able to recruit more available fibers for each lift due to a strengthened nervous system. I know plenty of people weighing no more than 150 pushing that weight, no strength isn’t divorced from hypertrophy, however the CNN plays a very large role, just because you can’t push 275 at 160 doesn’t mean it’s not possible.
