Oh the pregnancy pillow is a MUST for the minimum sleeeeeep… unfortunately I haven’t been able to sleep on my back since giving birth almost three years ago! 😅🥲 it’s no longer comfortable and I always have a pillow between my legs to sleep lol

I’ve been using a pregnancy pillow along with one of those cervical pillows as I deal with chronic pain and because my head, neck, knees and feet are more aligned while i’m sleeping it’s helped soo much! You should try the Cervical Pillow too! You can get them on amazon or tiktok shop for a reasonable price too ❤️
