Starting a war in a country is about as far from ‘stable’ as you can get? So that’s obviously not the ‘why’. The only instability comes from interference from U.S. nothing else. (In the form of gov toppling, propaganda and sanctions etc etc)…

Are the roots of the conflict between Venezuela and the United States related to oil? Absoloutly. Is the crisis we are currently seeing related to oil? I don't think the Trump team is looking for a war, a war that will not cost much, a war that will not require fighting and a war that is guaranteed to win. Venezuela is the perfect prey. why a war? because a war will be the argument to cancel the elections. Go back to the last meeting between Zelensky and Trump and we understand that the goal is to have a war to cancel the elections Trump repeated it several times with Zelensky, a country at war can cancel the elections
