Recipe ⤵️ Sopa Szn Ep 2: Tomato Soup but with a little bit of heat perfect for these cold days 🍅 Ingredients: - 5 large vine ripe tomatoes  - 5-6 roma tomatoes  - 1 red bell pepper - 2-3 jalapeños  - 1/2 white onion  - 2 heads of garlic  - 1 tbsp tomato paste  - 1/2 tsp pepper  - olive oil  - 1 c veggie stock  - 1 small carton of heavy cream  - 2 oz of parm cut into chunks (a lil extra for garnish) - 1/2 tbsp italian seasonings  -  handful fresh basil  - 4 slices bacon  - Aluminum foil  Grilled cheese (you can do plain but i wanted to be fancyyy) - sordough  - pepper Jack  - arugula  - Balsamic glaze  - mayo Directions: 1. Half your tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions into. Cut the heads off your garlic clove.  2. Add the cloves cut side up to foil cover in olive oil & close up foil.  3. Add all your veggies cut side down onto lightly oiled (w olive oil) baking tray. Add your garlic as well.  4. Drizzle with more olive oil & salt. 5. Bake at 400F for 35-45 mins, until everything is slightly charred.  6. Add your veggies to a blender, and carefully squeeze your garlic in as well. Add veggie stock, basil, Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth consistency. ** start the blender on low and then speed it up hot liquid likes to expand when blended.  7. In a large pot crisp up some bacon over medium heat to render out the fat.  8. Remove the bacon once crispy, and with a paper towel take out a bit of the bacon fat. Leave about 1-2 tbsp in the pot.  9. Lower heat to med low, add tomato paste, and let it cook down for a few mins.  10. Add in your soup, let it cook for 2 mins then add in parm, and slowly whisk in cream.  11. Let it simmer for 10 mins over low heat while stirring often. Adjust anything to taste.  12. Make your grilled cheese.  13. Serve your soup with red chili flakes, basil, parm, a drizzle of heavy cream, your grilled cheese, and enjoy babe! #soupseason #tomatosoup #fallrecipe #EasyRecipes
