You cannot live peacefully in rented houses bcoz you can be evicted anytime and must have your own house as a great security, no matter how owning your house is the biggest security and peaceful life

you're paying rent to a landlord, who 9 out of 10 times are using that money to pay off their mortgage. you may aswell protect yourself and get a mortgage. seeing as your rent is being used to pay a mortgage anyway 👍

But Islamic banks still charge interest but it’s not done the same way. They buy you the house and then charge you more for it but it’s a fixed rate. It’s literally a fixed interest.

sorry I completely disagree. First of all owning a house wouldn't be this expensive to begin with if we removed investors/landlords out of the equation! I see this far too often. people living in sought after neighborhoods and they invest in developing areas so they can rent it out. This creates a huge demand and prices go up for homes and then homes become unattainable without getting a mortgage. Me and my husband refuse to rent or ever become landlords because someone else's NECESSITY a HOME... is not for you to profit off of! A landlord provides zero service to the tenants yet they make money and on top of that benefit from building equity ? If people stopped being landlords then demand goes down, price goes down, then guess what ? it becomes possible to own a home just by saving up some money. Renting just prepeatutes this system. I personally believe for you to say someone who is going into a mortgage as a NECESSITY is 100% entering into a war with Allah is blasphemous. Do you not know that Allah's mercy is greater than his wrath ? be real now.

These days it is more expensive to rent than to have a mortgage and at the end leave halal house for my kids instead of paying mortgage for someone else and leaving my kids without any property, if all sheiks would buy all muslim ummet houses it would be okay (just giving you example what to say in next video) 😉

I did forget to reconfirm at the end and I also ran out of time before being able to do so so please don’t beat me up for that. At the end of the day, I am trying to save y’all from more unnecessary heartache and pain and consequences. I know this is not easy to hear because no one wants to hear that they made a wrong choice but at the end of the day, I want y’all to understand that when you go into a situation and it starts out out of alignment it’s not going to eventually end up in alignment. Someone that is separated still actually needs time to work on their healing the growth the lessons out of whatever situation they separated themselves from and they need to close that chapter out completely. Once the divorce is final, if you want to assist them in the healing process, that’s perfectly fine, but thinking that someone who is still married to someone else is your soulmate just I don’t see how y’all can think that even makes sense. These are the type of things in the beginning that you’re being shown so that you can make a different choice, but instead the choice you make is to overlook the lack of alignment of what’s in front of you and you join in and become a part of the misalignment. They say if you knew better you’d do better. So now I’m telling you so that you can know better.
