@Luke Dawkins I'm usually right with you on takes, however he was benching an ALCO Locomotive with ease, and that was before he reached his peak physical shape for that age. He's at the top of this list easily.

Not only is this false and tells me you didn’t actually watch the incredible movies because as other commenters have said he lifted a locomotive which is 200 tons. The other part your missing is how strength works. If Mr incredible fought the thing or the hulk he’d then get strong enough to beat him. That’s his super power.
