Affection like kissing and holding hands is totally acceptable in the uk and if they are doing anything more intimate in public then it is indecent behaviour and should be reported as such. If you don’t want to see such things then you can choose to live in a country that does not allow it. From a European who lived in the Middle East for five years and fully respected the culture there.
