Looks delicious I make these all the time. You should try using the black gloves for food I have long nails as well and they work really well I never rip them with my nails.

Yuuum! This is one of my kids favorite dishes!!!! I recently started boiling them for a few mins before I cut and seasoned them and they bake so much faster and crisp up better:)

They look great I do something similar but in the middle of cooking, I take them out. I smashed them with a glass so they’re half smashed and I drizzle Italian dressing on them. Delish!
