But listen, even the strongest need a breather. God reminds us in Matthew 11:28, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” You don’t have to carry it all alone. In Isaiah 40:29-31, He promises, “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength… they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Today, give yourself permission to rest. Breathe. Let some of that weight roll off your shoulders. Remember, God sees you. He knows your struggles. And you’re not walking this road alone. Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.” Take that to heart.
