There’s a candle store in brookside, they will refill your candles, I believe it’s only the candles you buy from them, but still really cool and they have a large scent library to choose from!

I wouldn’t say cheap. I tried it and it was way too expensive for me to keep up. I don’t know how you got that all for $13. I spent $30 on two items. And this was a couple years ago.
