RECIPE - Makes 6 pieces INGREDIENTS: 6 thin slices of a medium zucchini 1/2 lb lean ground beef 1 cup Rao’s marinara sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese 2 slices of mozzarella cheese 1 egg dash of garlic powder DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Scramble the beef in a skillet over medium heat and then drain any excess grease. 3. Stir in the marinara sauce and then remove from heat. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg and garlic powder. 5. Grease a small baking dish and then spread 1/3 of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the dish. 6. Place 3 slices of zucchini side by side on the sauce. 7. Add the cottage cheese mixture on next and spread to cover the zucchini. 8. Place the 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on next followed by 3 more zucchini slices. 9. Spread on the remaining sauce mixture and top it with the shredded mozzarella cheese. 10.
